Terms of sale

Seller of the digital guides. The PDF guides of The Agastya Method sold on agastyayogaschool.com are sold by LACANGEL GROUP, SAS (French simplified joint-stock company), SIREN 995 268 018, 1 rue Marguerin, 75014 Paris, France, VAT FR21995268018, email administration@lacangel.fr, on behalf of Agastya Yoga School (Acharya Lokesh, New Delhi), author of the content.

1. Products

Digital guides in PDF format, described on each product page (title, number of pages, content). Prices are in US dollars, all taxes included where applicable. The price that applies is the one shown when you pay.

2. Payment

Payment is made on Stripe's secure page (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The contract is formed when the payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery

The guides are available immediately after payment on the confirmation page, as download links. Keep that page or its address: the links stay valid. If you lose it, write to agastyayogaschool2017@gmail.com or administration@lacangel.fr with your payment email.

4. Right of withdrawal

Your guides are delivered immediately after payment. By paying, you ask for this immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once the download is available, the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content no longer applies (article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, and article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). If a file is damaged or does not open, we replace it or refund you.

5. Personal use

The guides are for your personal practice. Sharing, reselling or publishing them, in whole or in part, is not allowed without written permission from Agastya Yoga School.

6. Health

The guides describe a traditional practice. They are not medical advice. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or recovering from surgery, consult your doctor before practising, and learn intermediate postures with a teacher.

7. Programmes, sessions and retreats

Live classes, programmes, made-for-you coaching and retreats are arranged and paid directly with Agastya Yoga School (Acharya Lokesh), on the terms agreed with him; they are not sold through this page.

8. Disputes

Write to us first: we answer every request. These terms are governed by French law; consumers keep the protection of the law of their country of residence. EU consumers may use the European online dispute resolution platform.
